Inspirations - The following works are what I am really inspired by for this independent project. Most of these possess geometric and reflective qualities that just interest me and I think this would work well with my chosen site.

Gemma Smith - Boulder (2010)

Gemma Smith - Adaptables (2008)

Larry Bell - Pacific Red II (2017)

Anish Kapoor - Sky Mirror (2010)

Post Datum - Sky Pool (2019)

This quick mock up that I did using photoshop shows a combination of different geometrical shapes. For now I think that I want to turn this project into digital fabrication and possibly use the laser cutters at J block.
MORE PROGRESS:
This is the first model I made based on my sketch up model. I applied the same concept to it with the floating/balanced mirror sheets on top of each other.
Upon making this, it somehow reminded me of the mountain trash with all these metals and scraps like the one below...
I then proceeded to make another one but this time, with varied shapes and sizes. I also saw Lily working with wax so I tried dipping it in and I actually enjoyed the result.
And since I was already using hot glue anyway, I decided to pour hot glue on the model and just experiment on it.
Here is a photoshop mock up of my first model - I just wanted to see how it would look in my chosen site and seeing what else I could develop from it.
UPDATE: This is my final model that I am making... I wanted to have more mirror pieces and pour more hot glue on it.
FINAL RESULT:
