This week, we were meant to come to class with either, continuing with what we had during our labs last time or making a new multichannel video work.
This short two channel video I made is inspired by my new work Futura. I wrote a script and let a computer generated voice read it, while I film myself wearing a social media filter. The result is meant to represent another fictitious AI character for a product/app/service that is meant to find your soul mate for you.

Since I've been exploring digital masks and face filters, I wanted to take a break and make something physical. I found these stick on pearls from the dollar store and wanted to play with it. I wanna explore more of this later and turn it into some kind of performance art.
